And it is like I felt when I started skiing in high school – the lack of allergies in the air was euphoric and I'm feeling that again!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://myjus23.com/jevans"&gt;http://myjus23.com/jevans&lt;/a&gt;&lt;a href="http://myjus23.com/jevans"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.juspower.com/"&gt;http://www.juspower.com/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div align="left" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;If you have lived with allergies all your life and you are suddenly well, you think, “So is this how everybody else feels all the time? Wow – this is heaven!” &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;I have learned that to have health, besides drinking Jus, you need to:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;1. Exercise your body.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;Go for a walk. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;Clean something.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;Do yard work.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div align="left" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;2. Drink enough clean water.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;3. Exercise your mind.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;30 minutes of mild aerobic exercise produces new brain cells.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;To keep those brain cells teach them something new.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div align="left" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;4. Be free of negative thoughts and actions including negative speech.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;It all comes back to you!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;Keep a Gratitude Journal. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div align="left" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;5. Find out what your true purpose in life is.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;Then figure out how to live that purpose.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;Write down your goals.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div align="left" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;6. Take time to meditate, pray and do positive affirmations.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;When awake during the night:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;- Breathe deeply.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;- Relax totally.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;- Visualize healing your body.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div align="left" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;7.
