My history – As a little girl the air and cats made me sneeze and many foods gave me hives.
- Allergy pills either didn't work or they knocked me out.
- I have spent my life looking for things that would make me feel good.
I've been thinking about how good I feel when I drink Jus - a 23 antioxidant super food plus Resveratrol. And it is like I felt when I started skiing in high school – the lack of allergies in the air was euphoric and I'm feeling that again!
If you have lived with allergies all your life and you are suddenly well, you think, “So is this how everybody else feels all the time? Wow – this is heaven!”
I have learned that to have health, besides drinking Jus, you need to:
1. Exercise your body.
- Go for a walk.
- Clean something.
- Do yard work.
2. Drink enough clean water.
3. Exercise your mind.
- 30 minutes of mild aerobic exercise produces new brain cells.
- To keep those brain cells teach them something new.
4. Be free of negative thoughts and actions including negative speech.
- It all comes back to you!
- Keep a Gratitude Journal.
5. Find out what your true purpose in life is.
- Then figure out how to live that purpose.
- Write down your goals.
6. Take time to meditate, pray and do positive affirmations.
- When awake during the night:
- - Breathe deeply.
- - Relax totally.
- - Visualize healing your body.
7. Avoid all environmental toxins:
- Plastics in the microwave.
- Ingested poisons in food & drink from:
- - Additives.
- - The way foods are grown or preserved.
- - Things that are anti health like drugs, tobacco and alcohol.
- - To some people sugar is a drug.
- - Don't breathe cleaning sprays, candle scents, or things that bother you.
- - Don't breathe aerosol non stick sprays.
- + Use them outside or not at all.
- + Your body can't get that oil out of your lungs.
- + Especially if you smoke.
